We spent quite a bit of time seeing which travel cots were available before buying this one. Our four-month old had outgrown his moses basket, so when we last went away in the VW campervan we had to get him something else. We bought this one to last, and he does look small & lost in it at the moment, but he slept really well. The size of it meant a rethink to our sleeping arrangements - we all had to sleep in the awning, but this wasn't a problem. Edward slept safely protected from the sun & wind while we packed up the awning at the end of the holiday. Clear instructions. With a bit of practice, easy to disassemble too.

BRILLIANT travel bed for babies/toddlers (probably best for toddlers). My little boy loves it. It's so light to carry/travel with and just pops up. The mattress self-inflates (needs a couple of breaths to top it up). Pop in the sleeping bag and there you go. Total lifesaver for weekends away.

Perfect for travelling, 16 Dec. 2011

The main reasons for choosing this over a standard travel cot were that it is substantially less bulky, very light weight and ridiculously easy to put up and pack away. This meant that while we were travelling around from door to door with my 3 month old we were able to take it with us and pop up a familiar nap-time environment for her wherever we were. I didn't do this for the first few days and tried to get her to nap in her pram or car seat and it was a nightmare, once we started taking the travel cot with us she would happily sit in there with her glowing teddy and my iPhone playing classical music to simulate the same kind of environment she has at home. She loved it so much we actually decided to bring it back to Spain with us and baby is currently napping in there happily!

Its a good safe play area, I know I can leave her in there and go do...
