This isn't just a washing up liquid- it breaks the milk proteins which causes the smell, 2 Sept. 2017

So I always wondered why my sport shake bottle had the smell even after washing in boiling water.. until I started using baby bottles and the regular washing up liquid also failed to get rid of the smell. I've done some research and it all dependence on the presence of milk proteins! Eureka!It's not the best washing up liquid as it's very thin! But no other produc or method removed the rasidue of milk smell from bottles. ( even fairy platinum) instead what happens is that if you wash with regular washing up liquid, some of it stay attached to the bottles and smell like the washing up liquid! Again, because of the small invisible film of proteins attached on the inside.What I did for the liquid to last longer was to soak all bottles at once with little by of NUK so payed more than 1week ??Still wish was a thicker consisteny but there is no other product or method like it!!!!!

I stumbled upon this on Amazon and thought I'd give it a go. Well it's so good I now subscribe to receive it regularly.This really helps remove the greasy marks on baby's bottles. So much better than standard washing up liquid.It removes that horrible stale milk smell too.We also use this in travel mugs, water bottles and flasks as it's great for removing that horrid smell that lingers in other bottles.All in all a great product and I highly recommend trying it out.My tip for baby's bottles (as I wash and steam sterilise all my bottles in one go) is to rinse out the bottle, drop a small squirt inside and fill with water. I then turn the teat upside down, add a drop of NUK cleanser and water and replace downward facing on top of the bottle. When its time to wash the bottles I tip the water into the washing up bowl and just add more hot water. By doing this my bottles take seconds to wash later, instead of having to scrub them.

Smells good, I'm happy that it's made from natural products. However, I don't think that this liquid (that really looks like water) is much different than a washing liquid soap. It's expensive and you have to use one measurement (that it's not especified in the bottle??) On each bottle.
