I have used the Nailtiques strengthener for nail many times before and it is brilliant - so I thought I would try the Top Shine Top Coat. What a mistake! It takes absolutely ages to dry, and even after 2 hours it still smudged. This will be going in the bin - do not buy unless you want to waste your money,
