I purchased this item from eLifeStore Ltd five months ago exactly a week before i delievered my baby and its already in a bad condition now,although that i dont go out everyday so i dont use it everday.It lookes now as if it was used for 3 years , its falling apart already.Customer service is much worse, they want to sell you cheap bag for almost £20 and they dont expect you to complain.I wouldnt recommend at all i should have got a better quality one , now i wasted £20 and i have to spend more on a new one.I Regret buying it so much.i think all of their bag are very bad quality.

i bought this because it really looked good on the pictures but it is of extremely poir quality! I guess you buy what you are paying for. I decided not to use this product at all (you cant even hang it on your buggy) as it looks so cheap. There went £5.99 down the drain!
