My wife and I consider ourselves to be experts in nasal aspirators seeing that we bought 5 or 6 before finding this little gem that actually works without hurting baby and requiring you to make an evolutionary jump and grow an extra pair of hands. Most of the aspirators out there have hard tips that are hard on babies nose or too big (our daughter has very fine features). Not this one - its soft and slender tip gets the job done without the fuss and tears. The other nasal aspirators are not worth the trouble, especially the syringe type. Keep it simple and comfortable - top marks to this one.

Nice to use as it's small and soft on my babys nose. Only downside is that it's fiddly to wash but aren't they all.

It is good and useful thing but it would be even better if u could change the nosal tube for bigger or smaller, depending on baby`s age.
