When this arrived it was smaller than I though but i gave it a go on my wee boy. Grabs all the runny snot great. The top is lovely and soft so it's not sore on his nose. Fab wee thing :)

Sorry it does not work, 13 Aug. 2013
Tried many times; now we just use saline drops and let nature take it's course. I will keep it and see if it works for larger babies, but for now it is useless for our newborn.

Nozzle slightly too big for babas nose, also you have to squeeze the bottle really hard to decompress it, and it doesn't suck anything out. So useless and not worth the price
