It's helping me with my fibromyalgia. I'm sleeping well , my energy level has gone up dramatically and am a lot calmer now just less than a week of taking it. i will highly recommend.

Wouldn't be without it! Amazing stuff, 28 July 2015

Not normally being one to write reviews, in this instance it just wouldn't be right not to!Both my husband and I have now been taking this magnesium powder (we drink it everyday dissolved in fruit tea) for almost a year now, and not a day goes by without it. So much so that we bought a smaller tub of it to take on our 2 week holiday recently as we knew we would miss having it. In summary, for all round wellbeing, we love this stuff. My nails are now strong and healthy (previously would snap and break off constantly, I've never been able to grow them, this is now not the case!) My husband used to suffer with insomnia and it was a constant battle to get 'just enough sleep' to be semi-conscious for work in the morning. Again, this is in the past and he now sleeps wonderfully sound for a good 8 hours a night. Can't recommend it enough.
