Bought this about 2 weeks ago, order came in good time and all so can't fault that. However, I have been taking the product for a couple weeks now, but alas I think I will have to stop using it. This is because the Calcium+Magnesium pills I was on previously are doing a better job. This product does not help me sleep. I do feel calmer is some ways but more tired and lithargic on others, bacause I haven't slept properly since starting to take it 2 weeks ago (I have varied the dosages and I am best with 1.5 teaspoons, late at night before bed, in 0.5 cup of warm water).

Excellent product. I'm not calmer, but it does help with leg cramps and restless leg, for me. If you aren't accustomed to taking a magnesium supplement, begin slowly and work your way up to the recommended amount. I take it with warm water in the evening. An unexpected benefit for me is that when I take it I don't experience morning puffiness. Your mileage may vary.

It's helping me with my fibromyalgia. I'm sleeping well , my energy level has gone up dramatically and am a lot calmer now just less than a week of taking it. i will highly recommend.
