Not wishing to sound alarmist but I think it's only right for me to share my experience of using this wheat bag. The fundamental issue lies in the fact that the all important warnings and user instructions are sewn to the inner bag (tucked away inside the tartan bag), these guidelines were not printed on the outer packaging (cardboard sleeve) and as far as I recall only gave details of heating times for this and other products in the range.

Having worked out which product it was (the packaging doesn't make it clear) I decided out of caution I would use a low heating time of 90 seconds in two batches of 45 seconds. this worked fine and I was able to treat my injury with some beneficial heat.

After a couple of days I was re-heating the bag and upon turning it over in the microwave I inadvertently dislodged the glass turntable slightly, not obvious to look at but enough so that it would no longer rotate, this caused a 'hot spot' in the wheat bag which had begun to...

I bought this because I had trouble with my shoulders and my Physio suggested a wheat bag. (Sick of telling people I didn't say Wee Bag)! I have not tried other WHEAT bags,. but this one did the trick and I liked the tartan! As I am sure all wheat bags do...this one gets smelly when you warm it up in the microwave. So, if you warm it up in the works microwave, expect some funny looks :) All in all though, very happy with the product. Thank you

Brilliant, very good value for very good quality product. Not everyone likes the smell of lavendar so very please to have found this on that doesn't.
