I live in South Africa and we don't have anything as good as this item. Whenever I know of someone coming from the UK to SA, I ask them if they will bring me a few tubes. I then go online, order it and have it delivered to the kind person schlepping back. This product has a soothing element to it. Not even a minute after application is my daughter calmer and has completely stopped crying. Highly recommend. Best of all is, you don't have to use much.

dont waste your time with this i know it sounds good all natural but it doesnt work try it yourself bonjela works better.

The Nelsons gel and powers are amazing, they calm our little one down instantly and seem to do the trick.The gel is a lot easier to use than the powers but doesn't seem to last as long. It's still amazing stuff though!
