I have psoriasis and this shampoo worked incredibly. I've only been using it for a few weeks every other day but I already no longer have that embarrassing problem of flakes in my hair or on my clothes. It hasn't completely got rid of it but its worked better than anything else I've tried and that includes products that the doctors prescribed. The only problem I have with this shampoo is it dramatically dries out my hair, so I have to use an intensive conditioner afterwards with the cost of that and the cost of TGel it can become quite pricey.

Perfect for dry skin, 18 Sept. 2015
My teenage daughter has terrible eczema that always is in her scalp making her look like she has severe dandruff. This is the only shampoo that gets rid of it and leaves her hair lovely shiny and silky. I love the smell too.
