I used to use the wife's hair dryer (a Tresemme one that she paid £50 for) but got sick of it as it didn't seem fast enough and the cord was too short so I'd have to sit on the floor pretty much.

I bought this as the few reviews I could find all gave it a good rating. None of those reviews are wrong! The hair dryer is really light and the cable is really long in that I can stand and dry my hair (I'm almost 6 ft and my plugs are a foot from the ground).

When it comes to performance, it takes me around 2 minutes of using this to dry and style my hair when my wife's one would take about 6 or 7 minutes. My hair doesn't feel damaged at all from the heat of this hair dryer either, in fact it feels silky and smooth. For reference, I'm in between a short top and a pompadour.

I bought this hairdryer to replace the one I've had for years and years and I am thrilled with it! I have very long hair so my hairdryer is essential. This one has 3 heat settings, 3 speed settings, a very long cord and it is very attractive aesthetically. It isn't too loud and isn't too heavy, it is very comfortable to hold! I spent hours looking online for a new hairdryer and I am very pleased I chose this one, highly highly recommended!
