The NightyNite® Platinum Crib Mattress

The NightyNite® Platinum crib mattress is probably the most comfortable and luxurious crib mattress ever made. The 5cm core is made up of around 150 pocket springs, each wrapped in protective corovin. These springs work independently to provide the upmost support to the individual pressure points on the body, specifically the head, back, neck and legs. These springs are then surrounded by high density CMHR50 foam, creating one of the most supportive and comfortable crib mattresses for sale today. No other crib mattress in the UK can offer you these features.

The entire core is wrapped in stockinette fabric to make removing the cover easier and we place a PU waterproof slider around it to protect the foam from any liquids. This slider can be positioned under the child very easily by moving it up and down the mattress.

The foam used is CMHR50, a high density foam of the same quality used in airline seats, it will not dent or dip and combined with the pocket springs provides superior support and durability. It contains no added antimony or phosphorous and is recommended by FSIDS

The NightyNite® Luxury Microfibre Classic cover has a microfibre top surface which is quilted with polyester wadding and is exceptionally soft. Microfibre is a great fabric for a crib mattress cover because it has a high number of air chambers and pores, improving breath-ability and helping to regulate body temperature. It is anti-static and anti-microbial whilst also being hypo-allergenic, fire retardant and washable at 60°C (The temperature needed to kill dust mites). The rest of the cover is made up from SafeTex, a water resistant breathable fabric that helps keep the cost of the cover down and provide an alternative sleeping surface.
