Niki's Organic Warming Balm is made with organic hypericum, calendula, thistle and sunflower oils, organic beeswax and a blend of organic cinnamon, rosemary, black pepper, orange and sandalwood essential oils. This balm was specially developed to help gently improve circulation in people with cold hands and feet. However, our customers have told us that they have found it useful for reynauds syndrome, arthritic stiffness, stiff muscles, cramp, chillblains, period pains and as a sports massage balm. Ideal for the winter as it smells like Christmas! Although designed to be gentle, we recommend doing a patch test first. Apply sparingly

I'm a fairly new holistic therapist up in the wilds in aberdeenshire...i've been looking for something cozy for winter and natural as possible..My clients are loving it. Great for arthritis and poor circulation, 29 Mar. 2013
I am Niki's mum. Niki asked me to trial this to see if it would help the circulation in my permanently cold feet and legs (especially at night). This proved to be extremely successful. I then thought I would see if it would provide any relief to my arthritic knees. Amazingly it helped to reduce the pain,helping me to get a much better nights sleep. An added bonus is that it smells absolutely gorgeous.

Non greasy and absorbs well. Smells fabulous and great value for money as a little goes a long away. I use this on my daughters feet after she has come back from running and also rub it into my knee when it aches. Well lead out leaflet enclosed with advise on how to use and also what other products that are available in this range.
