Nivea is a good name that I know most of us feel we can trust, and I do use a few of their products, so buying this shaving gel seemed a no-brainer, but how wrong this proved to be.
Squirting a bit on to my hand I could feel that this was quite rich and thus I thought great, close shave here I come. Now, at my age I have had an untold amount of shaves over the years, and as this produced a rich lather this seemed like a great product.
You would thus expect a great shave from this product, a rich creamy lather is just the thing, but alas it doesn’t prove so. I have no idea what is missing here but this gives a very hit and miss shave, with you having to keep continually going over places, even with a brand new blade. To be honest my local supermarket brand helps give you a closer shave than this, although this does leave your skin feeling nice afterwards.
