First Time Primer, 23 July 2015

I'm a first timer when it comes to using primers, but I love No7's products and I'd heard good things so I gave it a go. At first I really thought it made a fabulous difference. My make-up appeared to glow and looked nice and flat against my skin. Considering that I also use a powder which has a tendancy to be patchier than wet foundation, I was really happy with the results.

Then I ran out. A horrible realisation for any girl getting ready in the morning, anticipating there's plenty of primer left, and then there isn't. Gutted, I changed my usual powder routine for a liquid foundation I had lying around and actually I didn't really notice I hadn't used the primer.

I do think the primer is expensive for what it does, and it runs out ever so quickly so it's not particularly good value. BUT, I also think if you're a powder foundation user and you get patchy make-up (particularly around the creases of your nose and eyes) then the primer does work very well for...

Since buying this product, I have at least 3 friends compliment me on my "makeup"! I just wish that it was available in US and I'd buy it by the carload!! Now, I'm afraid to be without it.

Not as good as others I have used. Wouldn't buy if you like a matte look or if you're looking to hide pores etc
