I have have tried 3 thermometers and this is by far the best and i think the most accurate
The bad points
It comes with the battery but for some reason it is not installed into the thermometer maybe because they could not isolate it whilst in there store room But i found it very tight to put the battery in because i had to force my battery in anyway that is all the bad points over with
The good points
It has a nice feel to it and as a very responsive button which is hard to explain but it is a good fit with no unwanted movement in it if you have one you will know what i mean
The lcd screen is very clear and has a light on it so you can always read the temperature but it looks slightly bigger in the pictures they have put on so it is just over 1 inches from top to bottom and 1 inch from side to side

We've happily been using an in-the-ear digital thermometer for some time now but, with a new baby in the house, we realised we needed something a little different as you're not meant to use the in-ear thermometers on such small ears, hence trusty Amazon to the rescue. Having searched through countless thermometers, the SuperStore electronics model seemed ideal as it had all the functionality we needed plus it seemed a fair price.
It arrived the day after ordering, packaged well so as to minimise risk of damage during transit. The instructions for use are comprehensive so you really can't go wrong with it. Setting it up was simple so within five minutes we were able to test it out thoroughly. Welcome to my review of : Digital LCD Non-contact Infrared Thermometer for Reading Adult Baby Temperature by SuperStore_Electronics<TM> (DT-8836, Blue).
It works as intended but I found the actually build quality to be a bit shoddy in places and the actual battery was really stiff to get in place and even stiffer to remove so hopefully the battery doesn't run out anytime soon as i'm afraid of damaging it.
The actual device when up and running works well and the readings are very accurate.
The screen is nice and bright and easy to read in all situations.
Can be used for anyone in your household from baby's to the elderly to keep an eye on there overall temperature.
I remember the days with just a basic thermometer, how quickly things change and newer devices come out.
