My son's favourite teats - he always wanted these and no other brands. However, the tiny air hole thingies easily get filth in them that is a bit harder to clean. It is possible, but as my daughter prefers the Avent bottles - I have to admit that the Avent ones have teats which are much easier to clean. However - as I said - sometimes your baby makes the choice for you... I started both with Nuby, but my daughter never liked it and always took in too much air (and vomiting because of it) - while my son has the opposite issue.
