Review of Mystic colour, 14 Feb. 2015

I have only really used traditional lipsticks as I find the glosses etc on 'wands' to be too fiddly and pencils to line the lips too much hard work, so I was unsure how this would work. I was pleasantly surprised that it was so easy to use on my lips. The colour is like a smoother fresh version of my own lips. Very natural and not as pink as the selector panel above would imply. On the pencil it looks brown.This is now my everyday lip 'stick' as no blotting or layering is required. My lips are not dry or sticky. So quick and the end result it just a better me :)I have not tried it on my cheeks as I don't usually wear blush or similar even in 'full make up' for me.It comes in a tin with a pencil sharpener. The tin is a bit big for just those two items so you could put some other small bits in if you plan it well so you have a portable make up kit.

Good Rich - Yet Subtle Lip Colour, 13 Mar. 2015

This is a review for Mystic. This is warmly, soft brown colour which although very subtle, still manages to pack a lot of colour into it.Firstly its easy to apply, The pencil "led" is wide and and as it is soft, easy to apply whilst holding its shape. It is long lasting both in terms of only needing a touch up after lunch and how long the pencil lasts.The colour is very subtle but still rich, which means you can see you are wearing lipstick without any heavy cloying wax on the lips. It is also very moisturising too so your lips feel better for it, especially in the colder weather.It comes packed with the sharpener in a long thin tin with a good quality mirror in the lid, this robust carrier makes it perfect to sling into a handbag and travel with it

It was more expensive than I would usually pay for a lipstick,, and it is difficult to choose a colour from a picture. But it lives up to expectations lovelly and smooth easy to apply for both lips and cheeks.A nice soft nude colour (am mid 60s dont do bright) for evening I slick over a bit of gloss
