Leaks dreadfully!, 8 Oct. 2013

This bottle leaks so badly through both the screw ring AND the huge vent-holes on the teats (no matter how firmly you fix it) that i had to contact the company. This i did with added photos to prove the state of bad leakage and all i got in response was: 'their customer service lady was away and would i please wait for her to contact me.' Only one customer service agent??! After waiting several days i was fobbed-off with the usual: "could i please phone to 'discuss' the matter!"I thought, what is there to discuss..?! My photos prove how bad these stupid bottles leak. Needless to say, i did not hear from the Company again and was offered no refund or replacement product whatsoever. My advice... don't waste your money on such rubbish; the Company are not at all interested in putting things right; not to mention how distressing and tiring it is, trying to console a screaming baby unable to feed from such a faulty design.

Leaks everywhere!, 3 July 2013

I was really disappointed with this bottle, apparently it leaks because the baby doesn't suck hard enough, well i thought this bottle was supposed to be for the transition between breast and bottle.... so my son didn't have a clue what to do to start with and didn't know how to suck, he was soaked, not impressed, daft design!
