I received this file in a plastic tube and it was well packaged.I love crystal files as i find it so easy to file my nails. I like this particular one as i can have it in my handbag as it has a protective plastic tube to put the file back in (so it doesn't break).I like this file as I don't have to use long sweeps from side to middle of my nail as i would with an emery board. I can just file them down without being particular. Bye bye to those cheap and nasty emery boards!!!This file only needs a clean in warm water and a wipe dry and it looks good as new again. So is very economical for those who think it might be pricey for a nail file. It does truly last. Unless you sit on it or break it!I have also noticed with using this file my nails peel less. I do use OPI nail hardner as well so maybe the two work well hand in hand.

I have a crystal nail file (not OPI), however wanted another as I was very impressed with the one I had. I decided on OPI for the brand name, however I have got to say I was disappointed. The file is not as sharp as the brand less one I have. It feels as though it is dragging across your nails - a bit like an emery board. Overall I'm disappointed with this product especially for the price. I will be purchasing a Leighton Denny in the future as I have heard it has much better reviews. On the up side, delivery was very fast, but I can't give many positives for the product.

Love it. Smooths my nails beautifully without snagging or leaving them picky and rough. Nearly lost it to my daughter when I made the mistake of loaning it to her! Good product, good price.
