This product used to be great. However, it is quite obvious (through no fault of the seller) that the manufacturers appear to have changed the formula. It now takes an enormous amount of effort to get it to mix in water - it stubbornly refuses to dissolve. I have since seen this reported elsewhere. I emailed the manufacturer (Softsheen Carson) through their website, but predictably received no reply (the larger the company, the worse the customer service, I find). It could be that the new formula is cheaper to make, or perhaps they are trying to steer powder users towards the (less economical for buyers) cream version, which unfortunately does not always suit those with a particularly sensitive skin, like mine. I can only assume that people who have given it a positive review, are still being supplied with the older batches. Without a response from the makers, I suppose we'll never know. I would suggest the seller withdraws the item, as it is now less Magic, and more Charlatan.

This was recommended to me by a friend, all I can say is that it works. Although intended for the face it can be used for the body as well.
