OXO Tot 200 ml Sippy Cup with Handles (Green) is available in Sippy Cups

The OXO Tot Sippy Cup collection offers several spillproof solutions for teaching baby how to drink like a big kid. This 200 ml Sippy Cup is easy for little hands to hold when baby is transitioning from a bottle and has soft, non-slip handles that are angled so baby doesn't have to turn his wrists too far; the handles are removable for when baby's grasp develops. All Sippy Cups have non-slip grips, a dimple in the lid that makes room for little noses, and transparent walls to show just how much is left. Each has a leakproof valve which releases pressure for comfortable sipping and is easily removable for cleaning. All OXO Tot Sippy, Straw and Training Cup lids are interchangeable. Suitable from 6 months. Complies with BS EN 14350 safety standard.

Very easy to drink from, a little difficult for little hands to hold, 27 April 2011

As a baby move towards weaning the advice is to introduce a sippy cup to wean off a teat/bottle. The benefits are manifold and explained elsewhere. The problem is, which cup? As most parents will testify, its difficult as it is trying to save for a child's future whilst trying every product on the market. Reviews are pretty much subjective, and so it this one - but the truth is our little one really does like drinking from this. To prospective buyers, here's our view:

- the tommee tippee is easiest for the LO to hold. She loves grabbing it, but its very difficult for her to suck out the milk. At first we thought it was just a matter of practice. When we bought an Oxo Spruce chair, this came free. So we tried it.

- This cup is a bit large for her tiny hands, but she can grab it and guide it to her mouth. She gulps down the milk much to our happiness! It also is pretty leak proof, though not as leak proof as the TT cup.

- This cup is easy to clean, and dishwasher...

Finally, a cup that doesn't leak, 8 Nov. 2010
With my eldest i tried so many different brands of sippy cups and every single one of them leaked. I was sure that leaks were inevitable and that my little one was just meant to leave a path of water behind him. With my second child, i decided to give this new sippy cup a go, I kept everything crossed while he used it and hey presto there were no leaks. He loves it and has made the switch to a cup so smoothly. The handles seem to fit his hands perfectly and i can see just how much he is drinking through the day. It is such a relief to find a cup that doesn't leak, my changing bag is saved! Thank you OXO. I'll definitely be thinking about getting some of the other colours in the range! I've bought the large sippy cup and training cup in green as well i was so impressed.

My son loves these cups but leakproof?...hmm, 8 Aug. 2012

I really like the OXO products in general (We have the plates, cups, bowls, drying racks, apple slicer, etc...) and this cup is no exception. We have it in green and aqua also. It looks great and my son absolutely loves drinking from it. The only problem is while it was "leakproof" for some time, it didnt last. My son, like most kids, likes to throw and this cup has taken a few hits like the rest of his dinnerware. The problem is the valve, which i thought was brilliant to start with, has started to fall out and now juice hust goes everywhere. They were very snug for the first couple of months, easy to clean(dishwasher safe) and didnt smell like the contents of the cup like some can, but now with the slightest tap they fall into the liquid and the juice is free to go everywhere. Also, the little plastic ring on the inside of the cup (The bit thats makes the lid screw into place correctly and fit tightly) has started to come out and if you dont notice, and dont put it back before you...
