Five stars for customer service, 29 May 2014

The cot bed is just what we wanted for our 6 month old granddaughter, to sleep over, at an affordable price. Problem was although we checked contents when delivered the cot was not needed or assembled for 7 months after delivery. When it was we found a simple manufacturing defect which rendered it all but useless as a cot. Contacting Amazon by phone was surprisingly easy on a bank holiday Saturday afternoon. First reaction was to say sorry, we can't help as the 30 day from delivery return time had been exceeded. After sending an email same day, explaining the details again, asking Amazon to reconsider they replied on the Monday. We were offered a choice of 3 solutions including replacement or full refund. Meantime, I emailed Obaby with my complaint. They replied on the Wednesday offering to send a replacement part FOC. My reasons for writing this are that I see so many negative comments concerning poor customer service that I feel praise should be given when praise is...

Beautiful cot, 23 May 2013

With the imminent arrival of a baby daughter we decided on this cot. It arrived flat packed with simple instructions and was easy to assemble. It feels sturdy and made with quality wood. It wasn't too expensive and the fact that the bed can be set at three height positions and it will convert into a bed when baby is older means it's a great purchase.

received it very quickly and it is what it is written in the website. It is big enough for twins up to 5 months! Very pleased with this cot.
