I bought this mainly for its low price as I had heard that these things were good but didn't want to spend a fortune and be disappointed. I have a lot of little bumps under the skin of my face (milia) and had been unable to remove them with ordinary exfoliating cream and gloves. I've only had this Olaz a few weeks and only use it every other day but it has already removed the milia in some areas of my face and reduced them significantly elsewhere. I don't much care for the gunge that came with it and prefer to use my own exfoliating products. It comes with English instructions but the printing is minute for anyone without 20/20 vision so I suggest: wet your face, put your cleanser/exfoliator cream on the wet skin, wet the brush, position it on your face and turn it on. Don't press too hard and keep the brush moving over your face to avoid sore patches.

Don't be tempted to put the cream on the brush as it will fly in all directions as soon as you turn the unit on...
