Plus: fits my nipple better than Medela's size. One piece is much nicer and less accident prone than Medela's multiple pieces.Minus: does not attach properly to some of the Medela bottles. Way less suction than when using the original breast shield.In short: I end up not using this at all...

Does the job but not best quality, 26 April 2015
I bought this while sleepless and tired thinking it was the medela brand shield so was surprised when it arrived in the post. Is a good cheaper alternative but the plastic is not same quality and means you have to sterilise after each use instead of using over 24hour period. Also, not so much cheaper to make it worth while. A lot bigger than original design too,

which I only realised when I received it and which made it useless for me, 2 Dec. 2014
The description is misleading because this will only really fit the Medela mini electric breast pump as the breast shield is fixed to the connector part, which I only realised when I received it and which made it useless for me. The fact that you can't take it apart would also make it quite hard to clean properly.
