I suffer with dry chapped hands and dry scaly legs all from eczema.I had this cream sent over from America by a friend to try and it is fantasticI had a small patch of eczema starting, used this cream on it and it didn't develop furtherSore and cracked skin and small burns and cuts heal almost overnight it even works on insect bites tooIt apparently works on spots too! The only down side is the odour, to me it smells of manure or compost but it is not obvious when you apply it and the benefits far outweigh any slight taint.

I'm an ex diesel fitter and can assure most peeps this does not smell like the grease one puts on bearings. LOLIt certainly has a smell on it; a sort of deep heat kind of smell, which in my view isn't as intensive as some would have you believe. ;)Can't says it's good for rashes, although other peeps have sworn by its nappy rash abilities. But what I can say is that it's the best ointment I've found to deal with irritations. If you've got an itch then, a little dab of this stuff goes a long way. ;)
