I decided to try Epsom salts in the bath as I have adrenal fatigue and magnesium is a key nutrient in this condition. So far, I don't think I have noticed any difference and certainly although it is ingestible I would strongly recommend that you add something to the drink as it is disgusting.The packet is good and strong, the packaging was totally suitable and the product I am sure is first class just not really working for me at the moment. This is no reflection on the supplier they did a 100% job it is how each individual reacts. I will keep trying.

Go easy if you have a sensitive stomach!, 28 Sept. 2014

Well I can't dispute the effectiveness of this stuff... It may taste vile but I haven't marked it down for this on the grounds that epsom salts of all brands are just as bad! I started off with half a teaspoon in a small tumbler of warm water and built up to one teaspoon. For my sensitive stomach that was more than enough, frankly. Results are very swift (about an hour for me) and it's a big pot at a good price so very pleased.
