I use these Tissue Salts a lot, as I find they cure any aches or pains that arise. I bought the excellent book "Tissue Salts for Healthy Living" by Margaret Robinson from Amazon, which explains clearly how best to use them.

These are larger than a normal homeopathic or tissue salt tablet but very easy to chew and quite palatable. 99% of people in the West and probably the same in the East, are magnesium deficient. Magnesium is needed for over 300 bodily functions and enzyme reactions and lack of it is now accepted as a major cause of modern illness from heart disease to Altzheimers and diabetes type 2 not to mention anxiety, insomnia, depression and constipation. So this a way to increase your mag levels in a very gentle manner. There are lots of other benefits also which you could research on a homeopathic website. I always keep a box by my bed so I can take a couple of tablets to help acid reflux or indigestion or to help me to sleep if I'm a bit wound up. A very good, effective and safe product. It costs about £9-60 but I find it last for at least two months and often for longer. I've also given it to my husband for his insomnia, and he doesn't believe in homeopathy or anything his GP didn't...
