Curtains are good, but check the sizing..., 8 Jan. 2018

Curtains were nicely packaged. For thermal curtains, the fabric feels extremely light. They aren't at all heavy, but they do seem to help with insulation. They block out all the light - no complaints there at all. They look good - they look more expensive than they are and have a nice, silky feel. I'm in a rented flat and deliberately brought curtains with a neutral colour, and they look as if they'd go in pretty much any room with neutral colour scheme.

Something I should write, and this is my fault and not a criticism of the product, is to be extremely careful with sizing. I'd never purchased or hung curtains before, so this is ignorance on my part, but I made a pretty major mistake here. I measured the curtain pole and then halved it when choosing my curtain size. This is wrong. You need to measure your curtain pole and buy curtains the same length as the pole - i.e. you need double the fabric of your pole length. This is to allow for pleating, which I somehow managed to...

** I got these curtains (a set of 2 comes in a pack) in size 66 X 54 inches for the two windows in my bedroom. I find it difficult to get pleated curtains now as they all seem to be eyelet curtains so I was pleased when I came across these. They come neatly packaged.*I ordered the "Greyish White"and was surprised that the colour looked a little blander than the pictures on the product page but I soon warmed to it and it goes perfectly with my light blue walls. It looks very modern and sleek. The material is beautiful - really soft and nice to the touch and the size is perfect.* The stitching is perfect and the quality is excellent. I already have plain blackout curtains up on my windows and simply fixed these onto them so I cannot comment on how good they would be at keeping the light out on their own.
