It creates a starry sky on the ceiling to help children fall asleep calmly.
There's something magic about it, like the sandman...

In addition to the soothing star-filled dome it creates, it plays soft music to help little cuties fall asleep more easily.

Without any cords, it can be placed anywhere in the bedroom.

Magical for children, the Star Projector is also economical and extremely practical for their parents, turning off automatically after 45 minutes... No need to get up!

Requires 3 AA/LR6 batteries, which are not included.

Nice Night Light, 15 Feb. 2013

Bought this for a 3 yr old who was starting to have trouble settling at night. It gives off a soft glow from the bottom, perfect night light, plus projects stars onto the ceiling and walls. The projections don't move, but I think if they did you'd get motion sickness. They change between 3 colours slowly, and as they do they change position. The colours don't flow into each other, rather dim in and out. Music - its just the one tune, but its nice, doesn't seem repetitive or get on your nerves. You can choose to have just music, just lights, or both. The music turns off earlier than the lights too, I think after 10 mins, where as the lights keep going for 45mins which is great. No volume, Sometimes its fine, others maybe a bit loud, could depend on the house noise. I think its too loud for a baby, but its good for my toddler, as it helps block out the back ground house noise. You need to place the star at a height above the bed, otherwise the projections are lower than the bed and wont...

Great for bedtimes, 7 Jan. 2015
My son loves this and I love the fact it turns itself off after a set time. It is now a fixed part of the bedtime routine in our house, although we tend to only use the lights not the music as my son has never gone for it. My only objection to it and the reason it has 4 not 5 stars is that some of the Stars have not been punched out fully leaving a few funny shapes. Overall it makes little difference to the display though and for the price you can't really complain. A good projector if you don't want to add to the multiple soft toy collection as so many seem to be now.

Bought this for my baby boys nursery. It is very cute. The stars project well and the tune is very relaxing.
