you can use the bands only once.. twice at a push, some bands do break easy in my hair(long hair)when putting them in, but for the money and the amount you get its not a problem, they have not broken once in my hair only on removal. arrival was on time and I would buy again as its cheaper then the current shop prices.

They are actually really great. I'm using them to tie the tops of wedding favours. I was afraid they would snap because they are quite small for the job, but they worked out perfectly. I was surprised at the strength of the bands.
