I have a small GSD who leaves a trail of fur wherever she decides to walk. Bought this shampoo in an attempt to try and make the cream carpets look less black as a result of her presence. It does seem to work to a degree although we aren't (and I'm not sure of many dog owners who would be able to) keeping to the overly zealous washing program that this project recommends. The dog gets a bath a month (more if she finds something to roll in) and for a few days afterwards she will generally moult a bit less. When she rolls, it works well to clear whatever it was out of her fur and to cover the smell. You can't really ask more from a dog shampoo.

Smells good, foams up more than other products so you need less, and seems to take excess hair with it. Does what is says.

Quite pleased with this product. I'm not overly convinced i should be bathing my dog twice a week, therefore i am unlikely to notice any reduction in shedding, i certainly haven't after one wash. Saying that, my beagle's coat is very shiny and soft, with a pleasant smell.
