Design flaw causes lack of support. Don't buy unless you are willing to adjust it with a bit of sewing!, 4 Aug. 2016
Bought this elsewhere but felt compelled to write a review for it. It is a lovely carrier at a good price and is good quality. However, there is a huge design flaw in that the over-the-shoulder straps come out horizontally from the back support, which creates too much slack when the straps are worn over the shoulder, which allows baby to lean back too far and is therefore not supportive at all. Now, I have previously hired a mei tai sling from a sling library so I know that this should not happen. I just happen to be rather handy with a sewing machine so I easily adjusted the straps so that they come out at a diagonal angle instead, which solved the problem! I just felt that people should know this before they buy this sling. Unless you are willing to adjust the straps I would spend the extra money for a proper mei tai carrier. I can easily remove the sling once he is sleeping and transfer ..., 14 Oct. 2016
So convenient. Especially when I have to put my almost 4 month old son to sleep and he only rocks to sleep. I can easily remove the sling once he is sleeping and transfer him to the bed. Love this thing

Never managed to use this with my newborn. There is lack of support to the head.
