Great hairdryer., 17 May 2009
This is the most expensive hair dryer that I have bought but was well worth the cash. It dries quickly and my hair is superbly smooth after drying. I don't get that frizziness that you get from other dryers. It leaves your hair lovely and silky. The only 'fault' is that the buttons are a bit chunky and stick out which makes it easy to accidentally switch to another setting whilst in use (but I've only used it about 5 times so maybe I'll get used to that). I'd definitely recommend it.

Powerful hairdryer, 3 Aug. 2010
I have quite thick hair and the purpose of spending a little extra was to get a fast drying hairdryer. Drying time for my hair with this hairdryer is about 5mins, much quicker than my old hairdryer. Feels sturdy, but not heavy, long length flex, all in all very happy with my purchase.

Great hairdryer but use caution, 26 Jan. 2013
I brought this Parlux after enquiring what my hairdresser used to make my hair look so fab. She advised that if I purchase one, get the least powerful option, as people who buy Parlux hair dryers overestimate their blow drying ability and turn up with the back of their hair burnt and dried out. If you are looking a buy a Parlux, this is the one most people need to be looking at. Trust me, it is more than hot/powerful enough to do the job. The middle heat setting is the one to use. Using the highest heat, unless you are a professional hairdresser, is going to result in fried or burnt hair sooner or later. Try to keep the dryer moving down your hair, and don't let it stay in one place too long. The 3500 and 3800 will be far too hot for most people.
