My daughter loves this & often finds an excuse to need it for a bump! I haven't heated it as havent needed to but it's in the fridge chilling ready for the next time she falls or is a bit warm! Not the cheapest on the market but as Boots don't seem to be able to get them anymore Amazon did the job!

Bought this as my daughter is a huge Peppa Pig fan and she was suitably impressed and soothed immediately after bumps.Was very disturbed after 3/4 uses when after biting on( as toddlers do) was broken and contents ended up all over her. Assuming the contents are not safe for injestion it was dumped immediately.Waste of money and potentially dangerous.
