Ordering is easy, once you have purchased your blanket please send me a message at the checkout. I will need to know the name and font and colour of thread (if different from the blanket on the photos). Please make sure you send the name exactly how you would like it embroidered including upper and lower case as unfortunately we can only embroider exactly what is sent. Positioning may vary slightly due to each blanket been made up to order. We will send you confirmation of the name to be embroidered by return email We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. All items are sent out by 2nd Class Royal Mail and proof of postage is kept on each order. Unfortunately we cannot except responsibility for lost or damaged items in the post.
