All items are embroidered with great care on commercial embroidery machines and are embroidered to order.
These make wonderful welcome presents for new-borns and are perfect presents for all occasions from birthdays and christenings to baby showers and Naming Ceremonies.

Dispatch Time /Delivery & Feedback:
Our dispatch time for all personalised orders is 4 days or less if possible. This does not include delivery time. If you require an order sooner, please select 'Express' delivery during checkout.
Delivery:
Once an order is processed and item is dispatched and automated Email is sent to the customer. Items arrive within 2-3 working days after items are dispatched . If your parcel does not arrive by that time please get in touch with us so that we can chase up the issue with the carrier.
