Philips Avent Classic Plus Pink 260ml/9oz Bottles, 11 July 2015

This classic plus bottle set consists of two 260ml/9oz bottles which are suitable from around one month old. They come with size 2 teats which are the second teat size that Philips Avent do and again are suitable from one month old. As your baby grows you can swap the teats for the next sizes up and so the bottles should last until your baby is fully weaned.

The bottle's have both ml and fluid UK and USA oz measurements. The bottles also have an anti colic valve system on the teat to help reduce the chance of your little one becoming colicky. The valve is tiny in comparison to other brands valves and is built into the teat very discreetly. I always just gently squeeze the valve before use on a new bottle to make sure that the valve is open and not stuck closed from manufacturing and this valve is so tiny it is a little hard to do but can be squeezed. Philips Avent Classic + Pink Feeding Bottles, 2 Aug. 2015

This pack includes two Avent bottles, which hold 260ml/9oz. Like all Avent bottles, they are easy to assemble and clean. The wide neck means you can clean the bottles much easier than those with a narrow neck and the teats pull through snugly and fit well, with no milk dribbling from the sides and without the teat ‘pulling through’.These are suitable from 1m+, but you can, of course, change the teats as your baby grows and they should be replaced every three months anyway. These bottles are extremely cute as they have a pretty, pink tint, making them ideal for the little girl in your life. A blue version is also available for boys. Very pretty as well as being comfortable to hold and designed to reduce colic in babies.

Philips Avent bottles are always great quality and these don't disappoint. They are a great size too at 260ml as this bigger size can sometimes be harder to get. They come with a size 2 teat so quite a slow flow for this size of bottle - I was expecting maybe a size 3 for this volume. The Classic+ design is great and means less fiddling about with lots of bottle components and makes it much easier to clean. One of the great things about the Avent range is the way you can mix and match - these bottle bodies, for instance, will go very nicely with the sippy cup top to replace the sippy cup body which has no measurement markings on it!Lovely bottles from a trusted manufacturer.
