Best bottles for combination feeding!, 29 April 2014

bought these after researching and reading reviews - they are brilliant! I wanted to be able to combine breast and bottle which I was able to do from week two onwards with the help if these wonderful bottles. They look gorgeous, are easy to clean, prevent colic and have beautiful boob shaped teats that are the next best thing to breasts! Amazing product well done Phillips avent. I have chucked all my old ones because these are wonderful. Great innovation and helping moms with a good chance of success in combination feeding which can be tricky. Love this product and would recommend to anyone looking to combine breast and bottle or worried about nipple confusion

We have loved these bottles, our daughter was very small when born, so had to have formula as well as breast feeding from the start. She never had a problem switching between bottle & breast, nor did she have any issues with colic. We have also bought the bigger bottles & faster flow teats. I would strongly recommend these.

Useful alternative to Dr. Browns. This has an anti-colic system: from personal experience, believe me, if you want to stay up all night with a baby screaming, dont use 'normal' feeding bottles. In fact, I don't know anyone that does, these days The difference in cost is zip. The special teat / valve on this bottle prevent the baby from sucking 50% air / 50% milk, thus reducing colic and reflux. This system works much better, the baby just gets milk (as far as possible). This bottle has the usual quality you'd expect from the Phillips Avent system, very well made and durable. Highly recommended. Just the right size for a newborn or up to 6 months of age.
