After years of fiddling with leaky plastic bags of ice and ruining bags of frozen peas i have finally bought the right tool for the job.

Good product - But not Great One, 30 Sept. 2012

I bought this bag for my husband who suffers from hip bursitis. The bag arrived a day by Royal Mail before the estimated delivery date. So delivery all ok. The product was packed well in a bubbled envelope. However, when I opened the bag it was badly dusted from within. It seemed like the product was kept open in the warehouse where it accumulated the dust for weeks. May be the seller wiped it from the exterior, but forgot to clean the interiors. So it wasn't straight up for use. I had to clean it well before use. When my husband used it with ice, the water did not drip outside the bag. But the exterior of the bag seemed wet, though not dripping. So all in all - not a bad product, but not great as well. The seller could have taken a little look before dispatching it to make sure it is clean and straight up for use.

Also, I was contemplating on buying the heat/ice compress belt before I embarked on this bag. I might think of going for that also, as the price is no much...

Pleased with the product so far., 24 Aug. 2015
This is the third one of these that I have owned - all different makes. The other two started to leak after a year or so and I am hoping that this one is more durable. I think that ice cuts the inside so I am only putting iced water in this one. Seems good so far, comfortable fabric and such a help in coping with a bad headache. Even if it only lasts a year it is definitely worth having one in the house.
