I've been having trouble sleeping for a while now, and reluctant to resort to sleeping tablets, I stumbled across this wonderful product on Amazon. I had originally only wanted the pillow mist, so to find this little set was a bonus.The pillow mist is divine. I wouldn't say it is overtly lavender in smell, but it makes me feel incredibly relaxed without being overpowering. A quick spritz across the pillow before I jump into bed is all it takes, and I'm soon fast asleep (and - more importantly - I stay that way!)I'm absolutely convinced this spray has broken me out of the waking on-the-hour, every-hour spiral that I'd been stuck in.
