A friend recommended this, up until then I didn't know such a product existed to stop my son escaping his straps. I had already checked out the main product website and read a lot of the faqs to learn more about the product before i bought so I wasn't bothered about the negative reviews on here about not working, waste of money etc as it was likely it had been fitted the wrong way round. Now i have the product I don't see how a child could get out and open the Velcro if fitted correctly as the Velcro is on the inside next to their bodies.The one thing I was unsure about my son isn't quite 2.5 a month to go, there is no advice which size to go for and what the difference is. I went for the bigger size in the end and it seems to be working fine, my son hasn't been to escape since this was fitted.

Unfortunately this product was ineffective and a waste of money. My child simply unfastened the velcro and climbed out of his car seat straps in exactly the same way as he always does. This product underestimates the intelligence of children and caused me to waste my money. Sorry, wish I could be more complimentary but I can only speak my truth.

I bought this for my 2yr old son because he started slipping his straps. I bought the larger size because he is big for his age. It's a good job I did as this one only fits if he's just wearing a t-shirt. To cut a long story short,he can easily escape from this item. Leaving me back to square one.
