Lovely quality but don't like the white velcro!, 8 Dec. 2011

Bought these bootees for my 9 month old, and the size is just right, with room for growth. Lovely colour and quality - really thick sheepskin inside. Easy to get on, but also easy for my daughter to get off! Not so much of a problem when she's in her pushchair and cosy toes, but can see the potential for one going missing! My only gripe is the white velcro used for the fastening. The velcro doesn't feel that secure and the white looks horrible next to the chestnut colour. I know you can't see it when the bootees are on, but would have been much better with a darker colour. Overall, I like these boots.UPDATE (4/1/12): velcro is not very sticky at all. Would have been bothered about this, but LO just won't keep these on at all; she pulls them off as soon as I've put them on, so much so I've given up putting them on. Would be fine for a baby that doesn't mind wearing shoes/booties.

Very nice looking, but too big for 5month's old girl. Better than too small, but nicer if they fitted better now.Some of the sheepskin shedded a bit . Presume this will settle down & stop.
