It says safe for over 12 months old or if they are sitting. My son is 13 months old and it is terrible. The seat itself is too small, It does't keep them safe he has nearly fell out of it on numerous occasions, its not a rigid back so slides down the back of the seat.

Good quality however the booster cushion isnt that big but i guess its dependant on your chairs :)
