I ordered this item as I hoped it would be good to support my lower back, it arrived quickly in a clear bag with 2 sets of instructions.
I have had a sore back for many years and from the description of this item I am hoping it will help with support, the instructions are clear with pictures to help you fit the item they are a lot for post partum support but I followed them as I am using it to support my back, it is secure and sturdy mesh material with built in boning at the back, comes in a natural nude colour so can be worn under clothes without seeing it.
It has the 2 main belts that sick easily with the Velcro, also has 2 extra belts at the front for extra support, it feels a little tight and uncomfortable at the start but I soon got used to it after about ten mins, the first day I wore it was around the house and out and about to see how it feels and it felt ok, I will now be trying it out by wearing it to work this week.

I got this postpartum belly wrap due to my postpartum belly needing a bit of help. After my first child I found that despite having a c-section my stomach healed fairly quickly and was soon back in normal shape. However this time around after a natural birth I find my stomach is stuggling a little bit.
The instructions on how to put this belt on are very clear and easy to understand. They include pictures to eliminate any mis-understanding.
I felt so much more comfortable as soon as I put this belt on. I felt much more confident and felt that I had a lot of support in that area too which is fantastic. This can also be used as a waist trainer to help pull your curves back into shape which is lovely and I will certainly be using this to help with that too.
The material is fantastic quality, and the velcro straps are well stitched in place too.
