It worked properly for the first couple of times, but then it started playing music without getting wet, and wouldn't stop. This resulted in our having to break the battery off it. Happened with the one I bought for my mum's house too.

Fab idea, my 2 year old loves doing her wees and hearing the music. She's stood inside the potty a couple of times and it hasn't broken, so I'm happy it's fairly robust. Easy to clean too. The tune it plays is "Fur Elise" which is amusingly highbrow for the situation! It keeps playing the music until it is dry, which can get on my nerves but it's made up for by the fact that my daughter loves it so much.
