This set is perfect for someone who has smaller nipples or who gets sore nipples with the standard (28 mm) set. This is an official Spectra part. Be aware that there is no teat with the bottle, you need to buy one separately. In our case, that was not a problem, as we are not using Spectra bottles (they are very simple things and tend to leak, and our baby doesn't like the teat) but some

which are compatible with the pump (wide neck bottles).

I absolutely love this pump! What the lansinoh did in 30 minutes this pump did in 10!! It's got a stronger suction so it stings a bit at first but after 5 seconds you'll feel nothing. It's quieter than the lansinoh and it's got a nifty night light. This pump comes with 28mm breastshields, my nips felt a bit loose in them so I was able to buy separatelly 24mm breastshields. Oh and there's been zero back flow so I'm very very pleased with my Spectra2!!

I bought this set after receiving my Spectra S1 pump. The breast shield supplied with the pump is 28mm and massive! When I tried it half my boob got sucked into the narrow part of the funnel. This one is a lot more normal sized! Wish I'd ordered it at the same time. It's also handy to have spares of the other bits.
