Extremely good product for home eyebrow waxing - strongly recommend them as long as you use them properly

I noticed that a number of reviews say these don't work but they looked the same as the eyelure ones I have been using for years and were cheaper so thought i would try them anyway.

they work really well as long as you do it right!

firstly your skin must be clean with no greasy products - do not moisturise or anything first as that stops the wax from sticking

place the shaper on to the eyebrow line (i sort of manipulate my skin to get the perfect positioning for me) then press the shaper onto the skin... like you would do if you were trying to make sure sellotape sticks down properly

then holding the skin taught at the edge of the shaper between the eye and the ear if you see what i mean, take hold of the unsticky end nearest to your ear and pull, quickly - do it slowly and it will not work, do it from nose to ear and it will not work

Purchased these after using the Parissa brand which are fantasitc, but was looking for a cheaper alternative. However it is true that you get what you pay for and wish I had followed the advice of others reviewers that scored this product low. It is useless at removing any hair and basically is just very cheaply made- hence why they are able to sell to consumers at such a low price. Ended up having to return to Parissa brand, which never disappoints, so will be sticking with that from now on.

I bought these as my usual high street store had sold out of their own brand shapers.They arrived within a couple of days, but did a poor job of the eyebrows in comparison to my normal brand. Apart from not doing much plucking I found the strips slightly shorter than ideal for me.I wouldn't buy these ones again.
