way way better than the smaller corner guards, 30 Mar. 2009

After trying the smaller corner guards that just pulled off easily i forked out for these. i have to say they are perfect for us. i've got them on two sharp corners on an old gas fire. they are stuck on firmly with the tape that came in the box. i would say that if your furniture is nice they might (probably will?) ruin it when you come to take them off later.

Corner buffers, 7 July 2011

I bought these buffers for the top corners of a toybox I was making for my grandson. I was somewhat stunned by the size of them when they arrived. They were about twice as big as I expected them to be from seeing them in the photo. Having fitted them to the toybox, I felt I should test them out to see if they were effective. I banged my hand quite hard onto the corner of the toybox and was pleasantly surprised that I felt no pain whatsoever!. I banged my hand on the corner again. This time a lot harder! Still no pain. The corner protectors obviously worked very well. I delivered the toolbox to my grandson, safe in the knowledge that if he ever did bump his head on the corner, he won't suffer any damage!

We've bought these ones and some 4 times cheaper ones as well - these ones I would buy again. Very safe, big, glued well. Because they are very big, they don't look well on your furniture, but hey...
